Although I enjoyed Perry's Truck: A Love Story a little more than this book, I thoroughly enjoyed Coop. Perry is a great writer--a real craftsman--and I appreciate his honesty as he recounts his efforts to balance his life as a farmer, a husband, a father, and a writer.
